New Dawn[]
The .357 Magnum appears in New Dawn. It is comparable to the Executioner from Black Ops II. It's stats make a popular choice, though it is mostly outclassed by the Remington New Model Army. The .357 is quicker, however, and often considered deadlier after being Pack-a-Punched.
Effectiveness[]
The .357 is a high powered revolver. It's damage, accuracy and speed make it a great weapon for mid-rounds, though its reload rate and small clip size can make it difficult on higher rounds. While it is not the best weapon, it is worth keeping. It should be Pack-a-Punched by round 13.
Pack-a-Punched Variant[]
When Pack-a-Punched, the .357 becomes the Taurus. Taurus deals 1000-1250 damage, has a magazine size of 10, all rounds are reloaded at once, (instead of loading each individual bullet), and the reserve ammunition is now 200.
