Alice T, callsign Phantom, is an Outrider Agent of Techno. Prior to her recruitment into Techno, she was part of Victorian Arms and served as an enforcer for her mother Mrs. T alongside her older sisters Glimpse and Iana, but her views and disapprovals with the family led to a falling out and left the family business. She was scouted by Tomiko Hayashi in July 2139 and became a member of Techno three months after in October. She retained her criminal underworld alias Phantom and adopted it as her official callsign with the group. As an Outrider, she is found by Tomiko's side at all times, becoming a trusted bodyguard, alongside Amber Summers. Immediately after becoming a member of Techno, she requested for all of her records, including family history, to be classified and as a result, only her and those with a Level 0 Clearance could access them.
She made her first appearance in the 2023 film Futuristic Redemption as a minor unvoiced cameo. She made her first speaking appearance in the 2024 video game Futuristic Zombies, voiced by Lindsey Seidel, whom will reprise the role in the 2027 film Futuristic Rivalry.
