Amber Summers is an Outrider Agent serving within Techno under the command of Tomiko "Vendetta" Hayashi. She became a member in 2137 and became an Outrider Agent, protecting the leadership caste of the organization, having served on Jennifer's and Tomiko's security detail the most; she took two bullets for Tomiko on two separate occasions, one almost killing her and as a result, gained cybernetics to stay alive. She moved into Techno Tower after the group's relocation to Midnight City.
She appears as a minor character in the 2023 film Futuristic Redemption and will feature in its sequels Futuristic Midnight and Futuristic Twilight. She'll be voiced by Amelia Fischer.
