Ascension's Pride is the third mission in the Dead Raiser's Vengeance campaign. It is primarily set in George A. Romero's filming set "Call of the Dead", set exactly one year after Richtofen disappeared and seventy years before filming began. Ascension's Pride is mainly based on killing off Richtofen's experiments so he can't use them to fight the Zombie army. It is an entirely solo mission, and can't be played on Co-Op.

Overview[]
The mission begins with Dead Raiser arriving at the top of the Sunken Ship. Ebon tells him that "whatever Richtofen's made is a threat, and must be eliminated." Ebon then sighs and says "She's in there somewhere, Christopher." The mission will then start.
Dead Raiser will have to run off the ship down to the MP40, in a cutscene will play showing a mutated arm grabbing it off the wall and Dead Raiser taking cover from the hail of bullets. Once the experiment is killed, the Zombie Boss will appear and begin killing the experiments in the starting room. The goal of the mission is to avoid the Zombie Boss and remain out of sight otherwise the mission would be compromised.
From there, Dead Raiser will have to run to the open Lighthouse door, and shut it behind him. It is then that Gas Zombies appear, crawling down the walls to Dead Raiser. He will then have to flee into the next room, in which he will fire an aether bolt and cause rubble to cover the entrance between the two rooms. Ebon states that the MDT can kill the experiments and perhaps stagger the Zombie Boss. Dead Raiser will then have to enter the MDT's Room, and rapidly press the use button until it causes an electrical discharge. A cutscene will then play showing the experiments dying, aswell as the Gas Zombies. The Zombie Boss' chest is cut open, and it teleports away. The ship is then split into two, with one side sinking just how it appears in Call of the Dead.
Dead Raiser will then close and lock the MDT's door, and use the MDT to teleport him. The death song version of Pareidolia will then play saying that "X Expermients were destroying in the clean up operation, it is unknown if they were recovered".
