The Atlas Council is the executive body of Atlas International. Its members were chosen from each of the megacorporation's territories and city-states. Jonathan Irons is the council's Chairman, a position he holds on a lifetime term while his daughter Marcella Irons serves as his Vice Chair. The council has both senior and junior members; seniors are chosen from Atlas' Executive Territories, which are territories and city-states considered important and vital to Atlas, and juniors are chosen from unimportant but equally vital territories and city-states. The council is often noted to be similar in nature to the former United States Congress.
The Atlas Council made their first appearance in the 2023 film Futuristic Redemption, albeit unnamed and unvoiced. They'll make an appearance in the 2025 film Futuristic Midnight and its 2026 sequel Futuristic Twilight.
