Atlas International is a corporation in the Arc 3 Universe founded in February 2118 by Jonathan Irons and since 2128 has become a megacorporation, owning several cities and territories across North America, Asia and Europe, and is headquartered in its owned megacity Midnight City, the world's largest technologically-advanced metropolis located on the West Coast of North America. In the weeks following the Great Blackout of 2143, it purchased the Mirage Corporation and became the world's largest megacorporation.
The corporation will feature heavily in Futuristic Midnight and Futuristic Twilight, and has a presence in Futuristic Arrival through Director Melissa Anders.

Administration[]
The Atlas Council serves as its administration and its most executive branch, similar to that of a government. The corporation's CEO Jonathan Irons is the council's Chairman and leading authority figure in both the politics of the corporation and in its controlled territories and city-states. The Atlas Council has always been interested in, and extremely envious of, the Mirage Corporation and its place in the world as the leading megacorporation. After Atlas International's acquisition of the company in 2143, they took their place and is the largest megacorporation in the world, with the 501st Corporation as the second. After the founding of the Atlas Security Force in 2125, when the Atlas Council hires PMCs and mercenaries for contracts, they make sure that Atlas receives anonymity in the contract terms, giving the public image that they were large enough to conduct their own work.
Melissa Anders was appointed by the Council to be the Director of P.A.R.A.D.O.X., a security division created to house the security personnel of the Mirage Corporation, including all those part of Techno. The division is headquartered in Atlas' megacity Midnight City. Elisa May was appointed as the Deputy Director as P.A.R.A.D.O.X.
Security protocols[]
Standard with many megacorporations, the Atlas Internal Affairs Agency issues security Clearance Levels to the personnel of Atlas International. There are several tiers of these that each grant a set of privileges for their holders and restricts certain levels from certain areas of the megacorporation, including its Database. Certain information within the Atlas Database and Dossiers are restricted and require a certain level of clearance to access. For example, dossiers of Atlas Executive Officers require a Level 4 Clearance to access.
Jonathan Irons and members of the Atlas Council are granted Level 0 Clearance, Executive Officers are granted Level 1 Clearance and most high-ranked security officers such as Gideon and the Division Leads of Techno are granted Level 3 Clearance. Personnel with a Level 3 Clearance and above have the ability to restrict or mark information as classified within their respective operating domains.

As an internationally registered company, Atlas International, since its founding in 2118, has purchased and founded many subsidiaries over the course of its lifespan. In 2137, the company had undergone a corporate restructuring and merged many subsidiaries with similar roles into one, now having eight total subsidiaries.
- Atlas Entertainment
Atlas Entertainment is the subsidiary focused on films, television, comics and other forms of media and entertainment. It is the merger of former subsidiaries Midnight Film Studios, Eastern TVerse and Atlesian Comics.
Atlas Continental Energy is the subsidiary focused on energy creation, management, and distribution. It collaborated with Atlas Research Systems to develop Artificial-Space Energy.
- Atlas Research Systems
Atlas Research Systems is the subsidiary focused on research for advanced technology and androids. Its current major projects are the TSUKI Project and Android Corps Project. It is the merger of former subsidiaries Atlas Research, Atlas Engineering, Atlas Technology Advancements and Energy Systems.
Atlas Laboratories
Atlas Laboratories is the subsidiary focused on research of biotechnology and genetics. It is the merger of former subsidiaries Western Research Laboratories and Atlas BioTech Laboratories. Research from the former Mirage Corporation was donated to this group, allowing Atlas to continue developing former Mirage Corporation products such as the serum to prevent/alter aging.
- Atlas Weapons Engineering
Atlas Weapons Engineering is the subsidiary focused on arms research, development and manufacturing for use by clients and Atlas Security Service forces. It is the merger of Atlas Weapons Workshop, Roberts-West Weapon Systems, Security Systems International and Omni-Security Armaments.
- Atlas Heavy Engineering
Atlas Heavy Engineering is the subsidiary focused on armoured vehicles, aircraft and ship engineering and manufacturing for use by Atlas Security Service forces and other clients. It is the merger of Atlas Heavy Industries, Kanadian Aircraft Company, Phoenix HeavyWorks and Core Systems.
- P.A.R.A.D.O.X.
The Primary Agency for Response, Acquisition, Defense and Operation Execution is the security division founded mainly to house the security and policing assets of the Mirage Corporation. It is separate from the Security Service and led directly by an appointed Director.
Techno serves as the counter-terrorist task force of P.A.R.A.D.O.X.
Atlas Security Service[]

The Atlas Security Service are the security forces of Atlas International controlled directly by the Atlas Council and its Chairman. For the security, defense, order and stability of its territories and city-states, it is among the most critical aspect of Atlas International's structure and place in the world. It is the largest security contracting business and the largest private military in the world. The P.A.R.A.D.O.X. division is a separate security division from the Security Service.
Atlas Security Service consists of several divisions:
- Atlas Security Force
The mainstream security forces of Atlas, the Atlas Security Force serve as enforcers for the Atlas Council. They are extremely loyal to the Council and can be easily identified by their black uniforms. There are specialized regiments within this division that utilize the Atlesian Cybernetic Exoskeleton Frame, including the Elite Division, whom are identified by their white and red uniforms. A more specialized subdivision is the Atlas Android Corps, which utilizes the androids created by Atlas Research Systems.
- Atlas Sentinel Corps
A specialized division, the Atlas Sentinel Corps consists of "Sentinels," individuals who enlisted to the Security Service and are given much more advanced weapons, equipment, technology and even more advanced armour than standard Security Force personnel. The division is essentially an armed forces, as its members are not security contractors.
- Atlas Corporate Security
The Atlas Corporate Security is the division focused on contracting security for corporate individuals and companies without the budget or workforce to afford their own security force. Prior to Atlas' corporate restructuring in 2137, it was the third largest security contracting business in the world, behind Vanguard Security and the 501st Corporation's security contracting division.
- Atlas Intelligence
Atlas Intelligence is the intelligence service of Atlas International tasked with gathering, processing and analyzing security information to provide for other Atlas Security Service divisions. It is the central aspect of the Security Service and its most critical aspect.
- Atlas Internal Affairs Agency
The Atlas Internal Affairs Agency is the agency focused on internal security of the Security Service. The division consists of its own force of security guards and agents who investigate possible misconduct and allegations of corporate espionage and defection.
- Midnight City Security Force
The Midnight City Security Force is the law enforcement agency responsible for policing and protecting Midnight City. After Atlas International became the city's governing body in 2128, it was integrated into the Atlas Security Force and later a division of the Security Service in 2137.
- Vanguard Security
Vanguard Security is Atlas' current security contracting business. Prior to acquisition by Atlas, it was the largest security contracting business in the world, with the 501st Corporation behind. It continues to provide security to clients post-Atlas acquisition.
Programs[]
Atlas International has maintained several different programs in the years following its governorship of Midnight City in 2128, its most well-known program was the Graduate Sponsorship Program initiative in partnership with the Midnight City University.
- Graduate Sponsorship Program
The Atlas Graduate Sponsorship Program launched in late 2130 after discussions between Atlas and the administration of the Midnight City University concluded in early 2129. The program was meant for graduates at the university to receive a scholarship to study under Atlas and become an employee. The major that the program mostly found interest in graduates was international studies. Melissa Anders of P.A.R.A.D.O.X. is a notable member of the program.
