The Blood Boiler grenade is a craftable grenade type available in Red Lining. It is crafted from metal fragrments and a Werewolf heart, obtainable in the basement of the mansion. It will cause all vampire blood in a radius to overheat and explode, including the blood that begins to run through cracks in the environment later in the level, dealing extra splash damage.
