A former CURE protestor, Brandon Whittaker is a psychopath featured in the Zombies map Fortune's End. After the Zombie outbreak began, Brandon lost his sanity and intended to help Chuck and Stacey 'end the opression' by turning everyone into Zombies. He can be encountered after Round 5 in the Americana Mens Toilets. He is holding Magma-Man and Denyce hostage.

Tactics

Brandon is a straightforward fight, although automatic weapons fair best against him. He is very susceptible to Wonder Weapons, as he will deflect the first shot, but be killed by the next. The problem is that he tends to jump on the user, so backpedalling is a risky yet useful tactic to end the fight quickly. If not, the best tactic is to keep him away from the bathroom stalls, as if he jumps in one, he will come out of a random one and do a quick slash. When kept away, Brandon will resort to uppercuts, quick slashes and a special move in which he leaps into the air and slits the victim's face, doing considerable damage. Brandon will go down after sustained fire.

Upon death, a cutscene will play showing Brandon stumbling into one of the stalls, being bit by a Zombie shortly followed by slitting his own throat as he can't end the opression as a zombie.

After he is dead, Magma-Man and Denyce can be rescued.

It should be noted that Brandon won't harm either Magma-Man or Denyce while the group is away, so it's perfectly safe to leave, eat food and return.

Trivia

• Despite being practically immune to ranged weapons in Dead Rising 2 and Off the Record, Brandon is infact very vulnerable to them in Fortune's End.
