Briefcase was the personal weapon belonging to Echo. Manufactured by Victorian Arms as the Icarus, it was modified by Ketch with a specific set of upgrades at the request of Echo during their time as Agents of Techno. As part of its upgrades, the weapon used Techno's proprietary 5.56x35mm cartridges.
