The Bruiser is a Standard Unversed featured in The Final Chapter saga of the Roach Chronicles. They are one of the three basic types of Unversed encountered, the other types being the Floods and Scrappers.
Bruisers are the most uncommon type of Unversed to appear throughout a map, although they are a force to be reckoned with when one appears, acting as a juggernaut zombie with advanced attacks.
Overview[]
A Bruiser is a large, bottom-heavy creature with predominantly blue skin. Its feet curl up at the toes and its conical arms end in round, silver, mitten-like hands. Its head is spherical and sports two long antennae that hook upward sharply. The Bruiser’s midsection is black with white highlights and is lined by triangular patterns resembling teeth. Its red eyes are set in a happy expression and the Unversed symbol is emblazoned on its belly.
A Bruiser has three attacks: smacking players with its hands, charging at players with a glowing belly, jumping and creating an individual shockwave when it hits the floor, or bouncing around creating shockwaves wherever it lands. All of these attacks will do critical damage to the player, however they move slower than the other types of Unversed, allowing players to have some time to prepare to engage a Bruiser. Their health is double the amount of a Scrapper's.
