Cement is an anti power-up that effects the player who picks it up. When picked up by a player, the player immediately becomes frozen in place and cannot control anything, essentially, the player's character is put into stasis. When the player is frozen, he/she becomes a major target, but can take a total of eight hits before being downed, but it doesn't give the player that much help. The only way for a player to get out of the stasis is to either be downed or have another player shoot at the player's heels.
This power-up can be dropped on any round by any zombie. Players are advised to look for the power-up's distinct red-tint before picking it up.

The Cement power-up looks like a cement truck surrounded by a red aura. In certain maps, the aura can look like a yellowish color.
