Doctor David Ashley Herd, commonly Dave, was an Atlas scientist who founded the TSUKI Project prior to its cancellation by the Atlas Council following the disappearance of F-Space Energy. He was also responsible for the creation of Tsuki, a proto-Android, whom he adopted as his daughter in September 2143.
Dave Herd made his first appearance in the 2025 film Futuristic Midnight. Anakin Nakamura reprises the role from 2018's Soul of the Machine: The Movie.
