- “There are three rules you need to know about the Deckers, 1) Upgrade or Die. 2) There aint nothing you can't say in 140 characters and 3) Anonymity is for chumps.”
- ―Phillipe Loren on the Deckers
The English hackers of their generation, the Deckers are one of the two main gangs remaining within the international corporation known as the Syndicate. The Deckers were incorporated into the Syndicate in the late 2000's and served as a group who would occupy the suburbs of cities where they can hack their enemies in peace. The Deckers are currently lead by Matt Miller, with Kirsten as his second in command.
Technological Advancement[]

The Deckers are expert hackers and quite literally have the world at their fingertips, capable of draining banks of their money and transferring it themselves, making companies be transferred to be properties of the Syndicate.
The Deckers, while deadly in reality, are empowered when within their personal virtual reality, known as the Decker user net. Whilst in their universe, they often create avatars which look similair to their real life selves, with the exception of emoticon faces. The Deckers utilise the user net to create weapon templates and use their technology to create the weapons in reality. Some weapons include the Shock Hammer, which causes blunt force trauma combined with a shockwave effect in a short radius, the Neon Sword, which upon activated is capable of slicing through the hardest of objects with relative ease.
The Deckers consist of 80% Males, all the females are hackers and/or specialists. When last recorded, all Deckers women had an IQ of over 130 and were fanatic at exploiting the laws of reality. One such example, Kirsten, managed to combine the user net with reality, allowing her to teleport short distances away aswell as being able to do it at will. Kirsten became the first specialist, aswell as the second in command of the Deckers.
In Zombies[]
The Deckers appear in the Zombies map Nazizombiesplus.die, with the four identified members being playable. The regular members can often be seen driving through the streets running down Zombies, and some small clusters can be seen fighting off Zombies from Germany and Steelport on Arapice Island. Although it appears like they are alone, the Deckers are joined by the Morning Star after the easter egg allows Matt Miller to lower the bridges and allow the Helicopters to work again. Unlike the playable characters for balancing purposes, the Deckers members can walk out into the darkness without fear if in groups as their neon lights combined provide enough light to keep the ravenous Kryll away. Many Deckers specialists can seen during the easter egg within the Deckers user net.
Trivia[]
- The Deckers are the author's favourite gang in the entire Saints Row series.
- The Deckers Specialist makes an indirect cameo in Magma-Man's "Call of Wikia 2", in which Ebon Shadowshot's special ability is the teleport ability unique to the Decker's Specialists.
