Doctor Elijah Kamski is an Atlas International Research Systems scientist who was responsible for the creation of a prototype Anti-Aging Serum alongside his best friend and retired scientist Takashi Hayashi. He's a former Mirage Corporation scientist prior to its acquisition by Atlas International. By 2137, he helmed the Android Corps Project to create androids for the Atlas Security Service, his project was considered to rival the TSUKI Project helmed by doctors Samuel Higgins and Dave Herd.
