The Frag-A-Splosion Machine (also known as Grenade-A-Punch and Grenade Punch), is a machine introduced in Den Endkampf. It costs 2500 points and upgrades the users tactical or lethal grenade. Upon activating, the lethal grenade's icon will pop up (similair to when a perk is being stolen in Ascension), and the player must use the D-Pad (or any equivilant on each console) to select the lethal or tactical grenade to be Frag-A-Splosioned. It is generally good for clearing large groups of Zombies in later rounds. Equipment is also upgraded should the player pull it out before pressing the "use" button. This is a list of all the upgrades:
- Steilhandgrenade: Upon explosion, three smaller grenades pop out and deal the same damage as a grenade each.
- Semtex: Increased explosive radius, increased damage, longer time to detonate, attracts Zombies
- Molotov Cocktail: Same damage as the fire bomb, but no fire patch.
- Monkey Bomb: Duration lasts longer, increased damage radius.
- Gersch Device: Sucks Zombies in faster, Zombies will no longer hit players next to them.
- Matroyshka Dolls: Two more dolls (modelled after Kevin Sherwood and Elena Siegman) pop out in the cluster
