Francis Hernandez was a Los Angeles Crime Family mobster who, in a rip timeline, helped disconnect his fracturing rip timeline from the rest of the Roach Chronicles multiverse, resulting in the creation of the Fractured Realm.

Early Life[]
Little is known about Francis Hernandez's early life. Sometime before 1943, Francis became a mobster for the Los Angeles Crime Family. In 1943, Francis was marked for termination by the Mob Boss alongside Nate Richard, Emre McElligott and Phil Stewart for unknown reasons.[1]
Main Timeline[]
On May 29th, 1943, Francis was ordered by the Mob Boss to cause a diversion in Pershing Square with the other marked mobsters while the rest of the crime family robbed a nearby bank. During the diversion, Francis and the others were gunned down and killed by officers of the Los Angeles Police Department.[1]
