The Hi-Power, also known as the Captain's Model I, is a non-canon handgun featured in some fanon maps.
Remember When...[]
The Hi-Power appears in the Remember When... storyline. It has a moderate rate of fire, moderate penetration power and low recoil. It is one out of five handguns in the storyline. It has good damage, which is useful for early to high rounds and it is one of the most powerful handguns in the storyline. This weapon has a moderate ammo conserve of 130 rounds in reserve and 13 in the weapon. It can only be obtained via the Mystery Box.
Effectiveness[]
The Hi-Power is a good weapon to keep for earlier rounds. It has a one-hit kill up until Round 4. Its semi-automatic firing mode and low recoil means that the player can shoots fast and stay on target, however, shooting slow is recommended as it conserves ammo and increases the accuracy of the weapon. The Hi-Power's moderate penetration power makes it useful when shooting through thin objects such as wood or plaster. However, it is advised to avoid shooting through objects. This weapon should be pack-a-punched by Round 14.
Pack-a-Punched Variant[]
When put in the Pack-a-Punch Machine, the Hi-Power becomes the Ripper. After it is pack-a-punched, its damage increases to 290-365. Its magazine size also increases from 13 rounds to 20 rounds. Its reserve ammo increases to 200 rounds to match the new magazine size. The Ripper does not gain any attachments or special rounds. This weapon should be traded for a better weapon by Round 18.
Trivia[]
- This weapon was originally going to have a dual-wield version as well, but it was taken out at the last second. It can still be obtained via console commands, but it cannot be pack-a-punched.
In Decay[]

The Hi-Power - Mark. III appears in In Decay as Lucy's Pistol. It is only used by Lucy Reddington and cannot be used by the player.
