Imperial City, formerly New York City, is a city-state within the Arc 3 Universe, located on the North American East Coast. Following the collapse of the United States government, the city gained independence as a city-state and the New York City Police Department reorganized into the New York City Security Force. It would later come under the ownership of Imperial International as the North American Sector of the Imperial Sectors, formerly the United Kingdom in 2124 and the city was renamed to Imperial City. The residents of Imperial City are referred to as Imperials.
The city-state will feature in the video games Futuristic Zombies and Futuristic Warfare as a location.

After Imperial International annexed the city-state, the New York City Security Force would be gradually replaced by the Imperial Armed Service.
