Sumner's Stories[]

Sumner's Stories is the first main story add-on avaliable for the game. It follows deuteragonist Ethan Sumner as he tries to impress a selection of people numerous, albeit fake stories, about his experiences in Felsborough. This takes place in Caverdale, Worcestershire, which is also the setting of In Decay II.
Relapse[]

Relapse is the second main story add-on avaliable for the game. It follows a series of dream sequences imagined by protagonist George Alder and is considered the part of the series where we first see George turning into a darker, more indignant character. It is heavily focused on symbolism, torturing George with imagery inspired and taken from the events in Felsborough. While most of the dream sequences take part in a largely corrupted version of Felsborough, George is located in Caverdale, Worcestershire, much like the events of Sumner's Stories.
