Isabelle Grey Lakewood, callsign Siren, was a former member of Techno, having previously served as its co-leader with Tomiko Hayashi until she was demoted from her position by a vote, leading to a violent outburst that led to her immediate termination from the group entirely. In her exile, Siren became the leader of the Forsaken, a private military company, through financial support from The Dealer, seeking revenge against her former allies.

Named after her mother, Isabelle Grey Lakewood was born on October 15th, 2099 within New Elpis, the capital city of Paradise Island. Little is known regarding her childhood and adulthood years growing up other than the fact she was a remarkable combatant and strategist.[1]

- Artificially Enhanced Physiology: After accepting the position of one of Techno's co-leaders, Siren was gifted Takashi Hayashi and Elijah Kamski's prototype Anti-Aging Serum to allow her to keep up with the younger members of her team.
- Longevity: Siren no longer organically aged and thus could live forever.
- Adaptive Appearance: Siren could alter her appearance to be however old or young she wanted to be, choosing to de-age herself to her late-twenties.
