Jacob Holt, callsign Shadow 0-2 and Oxide, is a Senior Officer of Shadow Company. Formerly a member of the 501st Corporation, Holt became part of the PMC due to a recommendation by Shepherd and was evaluated to Senior Officer for his experience with the megacorporation's security forces.
After Shadow 0-1's assault on the Helios Corporation's S.A.R. Blacksite, Oxide suggested to the PMC's leaders of using the blacksite as a potential new base, however, they decided against it due to the retaliation that Helios would enact.
