Joker is a former Recon Agent of Techno who left the group out of loyalty to Isabelle Lakewood, later joining her organization.

Leaving Techno[]
Joker was member of Techno who praised Siren's dedication to her team. On July 2nd, 2143, Siren was demoted from her position in a vote and later terminated from Techno entirely following an attempted assault on Roxanne "Rox" Summers. Upon hearing of Siren's removal from the team, Joker promptly left Techno out of support for Siren.[2]
Member of the Forsaken[]
On September 22nd, Joker and the rest of Siren's loyalists were recruited by Siren to join her new organization called the Forsaken, seeking to enact vengeance on Techno and its Inner Circle.[2]
