Two audio logs created by the future self of TJ can be found around the map, detailing the formation and collapse the the recycling center survivor camp.
Audio Log #1[]
This audio log can be found in the rubble in front of the wrecked tank by spawn.
Future TJ: I was lucky to have found a large group of survivors to help defeat this madness. We formed a massive survivor camp at the now abandoned recycling center in downtown Los Angeles, each of us having our own job, home and food at the dinner table. However, things like this aren't always perfect. Just recently, we had to execute some of our survivor allies after they became infected. I'm not sure how the infection is spreading, but I have to guess that someone in the camp is intentionally letting them in...
Audio Log #2[]
This audio log can be found in the pile of rubble near the warehouse containing Future TJ.
Future TJ: By now, most of the people who inhabited this place is now... turned. Much of them have succumbed to the infection, destroying much of our colony and trashing the place. I fear I might be the only one left at this point. None of the security here have responded to their radios and the sounds of gunshots have lowered dramatically. I-
The sound of a zombie can be heard as a door can be heard breaking.
Future TJ: Oh no... they've found me! No! HELP ME!
Special Audio Log[]
This audio log can only be found upon the completion of all of the easter eggs in the Reformed History, A Better Tomorrow, The Hunt and The Search sagas. It can be found in a dumpster near spawn.
Mac: Okay... this may sound crazy, but if you are receiving this Roach, it means that you are stuck in a never ending cycle in time itself. Unit 14 captured you four while you guys were at a camp in Colorado, which caused your future selves and eventually yourselves to end up where you guys are now in time. They used Element X to brainwash your future selves to forgot everything, making you believe things that aren't even true, such as Chris being the true leader of Unit 14. (chuckles) All of it was lies by Unit 14... You need to somehow break the cycle if we want to truly fix time. But be warned, I do not know what lies ahead after the cycle has been broken.
