Keats Industries was founded in the year 2105 by Richard Keats, known then as Keats Firearms. It quickly became the leading weapons manufacturer in the world, with a combination of Keats' inherited wealth and his life-long obsession weapons and all the different effects they can have on living creatures.
Several workers strikes happened throughout the years, from workers claiming to have never received many of their paychecks, unsafe working conditions, calls for unionization, and condoning certain new weapons that were considered too inhumane to be put into circulation. Everyone involved were either fired and often times managed to accidentally get killed in the following year or two. The words "Union" and "Unionization" became banned words that would result in immediate termination if spoken or written.
World War III began in 2117 and resulted in a massive boom for the customer, with Keats selling his advanced weaponry to any side willing to bet higher than the last. The war lasted for years, and in the end Keats Firearms became the largest, most rich company in the world, renaming itself to Keats Industries and expanding into new areas of development. The most notable thing to be produced since include the Auto-Changer Machine, slot machines that would take a trade-in weapon, some cash, and spit out a brand new, potentially very lethal weapon, and Freedom. Keats Industries has used its wealth and influence to push for gun laws to be stricken entirely, sighting "God-given right to bear arms" and wants the Auto-Changer Machines to be available in every town in America and anywhere else in the world, as well as to legalize gambling for all ages along with it.
Freedom is a planet-sized theme park Guests are transported to through pods located at the entrance to Keats Industries Headquarters. How exactly the "theme park" works is highly classified.
