Lady Klara Riley was the estranged paternal aunt to Scarlet Riley.
At a young age, Klara suffered abuse from her family due to constant drinking and because of this, she grew up hating her family. At some point in her life, she fell to a low point and turned to a life of crime, establishing the Neon Raiders. With the means to bring an end, she hunted and killed most of her family. She thought she was finished when she killed her older brother, but instead she learned that she had a niece, Scarlet. She then made it her mission to find and kill her.
After a series of failed attempts to kill Scarlet, Klara hired Isabelle Lakewood and the Forsaken to help with an all-out assault on the Drifters' hideout in Neomuna in a final attempt to kill Scarlet. However, the Drifters were assisted by The Son, Sif and Freyja, who overpowered the villains. Klara was ultimately betrayed by Siren, who left Klara and the Neon Raiders to fend off against the heroes alone, culminating in Klara's death at the hands of her niece.
