Konstantin Köhler is the founder and CEO of the 501st Corporation and chairman of the 501st Council.

Founding the 501st Corporation[]
In 2106, Konstantin Köhler founded the 501st Corporation, which would rise to become the world's second largest megacorporation, ranking below the Mirage Corporation but above Atlas International. Due to the size of the corporation, Köhler created the 501st Council as its governing organization, comprised of various high-ranking 501st officials elected from different cities and territories owned by the 501st, with himself serving as the chairman of the council.[1]
Collaboration with PARADOX[]
By 2143, Köhler had secured an agreement with P.A.R.A.D.O.X. Director Melissa Anders to allow joint 501st-Atlas security operations along Neon City and Midnight City's border. On November 13th, Köhler was contacted by Anders, who requested approval from the 501st Council to sanction a Techno operation in Neon City's Border District to kill/capture Isabelle "Siren" Lakewood, an ex-Techno member gone rogue. Understanding the threat posed by Siren, Köhler and the council approved Anders' request, and on the following morning, Techno raided Forsaken Headquarters in Neon City, culminating in Lakewood's death and the destruction of her organization.[2]
