The LEH-4, or Lead Energy Hybrid - Mark 4 was introduced in Call of Duty: Black Ops 4 as part of the (non-existent) Reawakened Reality update.
It is a combination of a marksman rifle and submachine gun, being placed in the Marksman class. In submachine gun mode, it quickly fires energy pulses that resemble balls of crackling electricity, but can only fire for four seconds before needing to recharge. In marksman mode, it fires semi-auto with high damage, but only holds nine shots before needing to reload. In the right hands it can melt multiplayer enemies and zombies alike, but ammo management is difficult.
Attachments include two levels of quickdraw and high caliber (only effects marksman damage), laser sight, grip, stock, and the operator mod "Energy Focus" that turns the submachine gun mode into a steady beam of energy as opposed to projectiles, dealing similar amounts of damage over time and requiring pinpoint accuracy, but lasts for a longer amount of time and stuns enemies.
