Midnight City is a massive city-state megacity owned by Atlas International within the Arc 3 universe. It is the world's largest technologically-advanced metropolis, surpassing the likes of Paradise Island. It is located in the former state of California, which, along with the United States, dissolved during the collapse of the Governments Age. The city state comprises roughly 75% of the former US state, with former major cities becoming key districts situated within Midnight City. Its capital and largest district is the Central District. Despite its status as the world's largest technologically-advanced metropolis, its reputation is only surpassed by the city of New Elpis.
The city will feature heavily in Futuristic Midnight and Futuristic Twilight, with appearances in Futuristic Arrival and Futuristic Rivalry. It is mentioned once in Futuristic Redemption.

Central District[]
- Main article: Central District
Central District is the city's commercial, cultural, political and geographic heart. It is one of the busiest parts of the city and houses Government Central which in turn houses Atlas International's headquarters as well as its affiliates and other megacorporations and companies within. It also has the highest concentration of Atlas Security Service forces than all other districts due to it housing Atlas Tower.
Government Central[]
Government Central is located at the very center of the Central District. As the government center, it houses Atlas Tower, the Executive Building and the Corporate Headquarters, which is used by Atlas and many other megacorporations and companies as a "senate" building. Other megacorporations and companies with branches in Midnight City have their own HQ building in the district as well.
The Executive Building and Corporate Headquarters are both located within Political Square, an area considered the district's political centre.
Industrial District[]
The Industrial District is the region responsible for city's power and water services as well as for its industrial and import/export operations. Most of the city's corporations and companies focusing on manufacturing and construction are located in this district.
Atlas International's manufacturing divisions Atlas Weapons Engineering and Heavy Engineering own 37.2% of land in this district, which is 35.8% more than all other corporations and companies in the city.
Harbor District[]
The Harbor District is located along the Pacific Ocean coastline of the city. Each region within this district are named after the District they border. As the Harbor District, it comprises of recreational centers, beaches, tourist look outs, and shipping ports, one of which is Hearst Harbor.
High-End Residential District[]
The High-End Residential District is where the city's high-class residents live and is the more developed area in the city. Executives of all companies and corporations reside here. Atlas executives reside in the prestigious Redwood Penthouse Complex.
Outskirts[]
The Outskirts are the outer regions of Midnight City that do not border the Pacific Ocean. Many citizens in the Outskirts regions are considered to be the lowest class of residents, by both middle and high class residents, especially those that live in the High-End Residential District.
Spaceport[]
The Spaceport is the city's primary location of launching and receiving spacecraft. It is located in the northern region east of the San Francisco district. Additionally, the Spaceport also doubles as an airport for the receiving of aircraft, helicopters and VTOLs, containing runways and landing pads.
Los Angeles[]

The Los Angeles District is located within the southern region of the city and comprises the former city Los Angeles. Techno Tower, the headquarters for Techno is located within this District.
San Francisco[]

The San Francisco District is located within the northern region of the city and comprises the former city San Francisco. P.A.R.A.D.O.X. Tower, the headquarters for P.A.R.A.D.O.X. is located within this District.
23rd District[]
The 23rd District is located in the eastern region of the city and is considered to be Midnight City's red-light district. It is one of the districts with a high crime rate, despite the presence of the Atlas Security Service.
61st District[]

- Midnight City's flag was created on May 7th, 2022 by RoachTheIntelCollector, with design choices being done by Anakin Nakamura. It was slightly redesigned on May 12th, 2022 before receiving an overhaul on November 14th, 2022.
