Mrs. Kanade (née Tachibana) Nakamura, more commonly known as Mrs. Nakamura, is a character introduced in The Watchman and revealed to be Mr. Tachibana's arch-nemesis. She exclusively speaks in her native language Japanese throughout all of her appearances, though some of her under-bosses have trouble understanding her due to their limited ability to speak and understand Japanese. However, Mr. Tachibana clearly understands everything she says. She is the current Godmother of the Nakamura Crime Family, a criminal organization that has influence across several timelines and universes, similar to how Mr. Tachibana has his throughout the Nexus.
Throughout the events of The Watchman, she pursues Mr. Tachibana after he broke an agreement they both made after her husband's death, something he had involvement in and was the one who made her a widow. Unlike Mr. Tachibana who uses the Nexus to travel between timelines and universes, Mrs. Nakamura utilizes teleportation crystals to travel. She claims that since their agreement has been broken, he must now work for her but Mr. Tachibana quickly backs out and says the agreement was a mistake he made, which obviously angers her and instead wants him dead.
She has only appeared in The Watchman and was mentioned numerously by Mr. Tachibana. She later returns as an antagonist in A Joker's Debt, the first expansion for Call of Duty: Age of Extinction.
In Pursuit of Truth, it is revealed that she was killed in an assassination attempt, but she was saved by Mr. Tachibana who had used her husband's essence to revive hers, killing him. It's also revealed that the Teleportation Crystals she has were given to her by Mr. Tachibana, who named himself after her surname. She gave birth to four daughters before her husband's death, one of them being a host of Sophia and all four of them bearing extreme resemblance to Ozma's four daughters.

- She was originally voiced by Keiko Agena in The Watchman. Keiko was unavailable to voice the character in A Joker's Debt, and instead was replaced by Masumi Asano, whom voices Glynda Goodwitch in the Japanese dub of RWBY.
- Her husband's name is revealed to be "Yuzuru". A nod to Angel Beats! as her name is also Kanade.
- In the mentioned anime, both Yuzuru and Kanade eventually form a bond and fall in love.
- As a multi-universal crime lady, it is safe to assume that Mrs. Nakamura killed other timeline versions of herself and possibly her husband, in order to maintain the power she gained after Yuzuru's death in her own timeline.
- In the current Eclipse Universe, Mrs. Nakamura's first name is Hisako and she is not a multi-universal crime lady nor does she have any Teleportation Crystals.
