To activate All Day and All the Night you need to press the action button on three 115 Rocks that are scattered around the map. The locations are as follows:

115 Rock 1: In the starting room, on a barrel.
115 Rock 2: In the power room, stuck in the mesh.
115 Rock 3: In the courtyard, in the fountain.
