The Original Timeline, also known as the Original Dimension, refers to the land of the Nexu and Hive before the creation of the Nexus.
History[]
Mora the Forgotten[]
In an unknown period within the Original Timeline, Mora had attempted to steal The Father's place as the leader of the Nexu. However, Mora was beaten and later imprisoned for eternity; earning his title "Forgotten".
Nexu-Hive War[]
At some point during the Timeline's history, Kar'auk had become the new Emperor of the Hive Empire. Upon his ascension to the throne, he believed that their allies the Nexu had been manipulating and deceiving them from the very start of their alliance; causing the Nexu-Hive War. Although it is unknown on when exactly the war started before the creation of the Nexus, it apparently lasted long enough that the Hive were able to gain an upper hand on the Nexu.
Knowing that they would lose the war, The Father convinced The Son that they would need to leave their people; saying they were helping them by doing so. However, The Angel returned to The Father's temple to seek guidance, though she could only watch as she witnessed the two leaving. It is currently unknown on how she escaped the war.
It was later revealed during "Pursuit of Truth" that Lord Kar'auk's actions had been influenced by Mora the Forgotten, an ancient Nexu and personal rival of The Father.
Creation of the Nexus[]
After having been gravely wounded by Hive who had been following them, The Father utilized Potens Virgam, sacrificing himself and what little life-force he had to create the Nexus. Before disappearing, he gave instructions to The Son to locate a timeline of their own where the Hive lost the war.
After the creation of the Nexus, the Order of the Nine ceased the Dimension's existence as one of the Nine Dimensions and integrated it as a realm within the Unknown Space. Unknown to them, they were unaware of The Father's sacrifice.
Trivia[]
- Because the Original Timeline existed before the Nexus, it does not contain additional, alternate or "rip" timelines nor can any be created. The Original Timeline cannot be replicated either, even if the current Ruler of the Nexus wields No Name.
