The Primary Agency for Response, Acquisition, Defense and Operation Execution (P.A.R.A.D.O.X.) is a subsidiary of Atlas International headquartered in PARADOX Tower within the San Francisco District of Midnight City and led by director Melissa Anders.
It is a security division founded mainly to house the security and policing assets of the former Mirage Corporation. With Techno now operating as a private counter-terrorism task force for P.A.R.A.D.O.X. in Midnight City, a special branch of the agency was opened in Paradise Island in their stead. It is also a separate group from the Atlas Security Service.
