The Random Perk Bottle (also known as the Bottle or Perk Bottle) is a Power-Up that appears in Ascension, Call of the Dead, Shangri-La and Moon.
- On Ascension, you recieve by completing a Space Monkey round without any of them touching the perk machines.
- On Call of the Dead, you recieve it by defeating George A. Romero without using the V-R11 Lazarus.
- On Shangri-La, you recieve by letting a Zombie Monkey take a Max Ammo, and it will change to a Random Perk Bottle once for a split second.
- On Moon, it is one of the Power-Ups that appear on the Gravity Lifts. It will also sometimes appear when using a Quantum Entanglement Device.
