Raymond Sullivan, often just shortened to Sullivan, was the only security of Fortune City to make it to the Safe House. He is a playable character in the Zombies map Fortune's End. Although he is suspicous of Chuck Greene and Stacey Forsythe to begin with, he is willing to work with them to find the truth.

Sullivan will start off with a Shotgun as soon as the Zombies break into the Safe House, after clearing them out and getting Chuck's daughter, Katey to safety, the group will begin their journey to uncover the truth, weapons at the ready. Sullivan and Rebecca are required to do the Easter Egg, Fortune's Downfall.

After the events of Fortune's Downfall, Sullivan and all other survivors were brought to Nazi Zombies Plus. It is later revealed by Ebon that he had to get all the Fortune Survivors and bring them to Northrend when the Aether Spirit conquered the Call of Duty Wiki, with the majority of the bronies aswell.

Elemental Ascendance

Sullivan appears briefly in Elemental Ascendance. He was evacuated with the Bailey Twins, Rebecca and Chuck. They made it to the safety camp. However not long after, a Black Dragon caused the mountain wall to crumble. Zombies began to attack the residents. Rebecca, Chuck, Katey and Sullivan lost track of Crystal when Amber was pinned and killed. Whilst fleeing, a Zombie grabbed Rebecca and bit her arm. Chuck knocked the Zombie off her, but fell as a result of being gripped by said Zombie. Sullivan fired at the Zombie, but couldn't prevent Chuck from being sorrounded. Chuck was shot in the head to spare him the pain. The group continued running, and noticed Crystal, Beth and Patricia heading for the secret exit. They followed the three, but a Hellhound gripped Katey's leg and literally tore it off in one thrust. Katey was then pinned and eaten alive by the hound. Rebecca witnessed Crystal being spared. Unfortunatley, the Imbued Katana noticed her taint and struck across the chest. Sullivan grabbed the ladder, and pulled her up to the top. The two then escaped, but Rebecca died of her wounds. Sullivan then shot her in the head to prevent reanimation.

Trivia

• Whether he will die like he did in Dead Rising 2: Off the Record is unknown as he isn't planned to be the Phenotrans mole, which lead to his demise in OTR.
• "Call of Duty" Zombies can actually infect the victim, but only if they have a potent amount of Element 115 in their system, which is what happened to Tank Dempsey in L'Étranger. However since Sullivan never knew Dempsey or witnessed someone turning he wouldn't know this was possible.
• Sullivan is the only identified playable character in the Zombies series not to utilise the M1911 at any point. When he dies and respawns he will still have the same pistol he uses in Dead Rising 2 and Off the Record.
