Search & Rescue (fully known as Chapter 2: Search & Rescue) is the second Extinction map in Call of Duty: Eclipse Warfare II: Opposition Rising. It takes place several hours after the events of Peace Denied and focuses on a new squad from the Eclipse Special Forces, the First 8th Reaction Task Force, as they try to find and rescue the 7th Special Operations Division after their disappearance during the previous map. Story[]
While on vacation, the soldiers in the 7th Special Operations Division had to fight off yet another invasion from the Korma alien forces after a mysterious spaceship landed in their area. Members of the Eclipse Special Forces' 8th Special Operations Division arrived several hours later to investigate and fight off any remaining aliens. They tried to find the soldiers but were not able to find them. Instead, they discovered that the aliens have advanced towards a local small town. The Eclipse Special Operations Command send a unit of four soldiers (First 8th Reaction Task Force) to rescue the 7th Special Operations Division and stop the alien threat.
