The Surgeon is a buildable fanon wonder weapon that appears in Krankenhaus der Toten, made from gun parts, a medkit, bottled 115 and tape.
The Surgeon is a powerful homemade double-barrel shotgun designed by Viktor Samarov that mixes 115 with unknown 'medicinal fluids' and pieces of shrapnel. It is a single-shot break-action that is comparable to the Blundergat. It fires 10 pellets, dealing 100 damage per pellet. Additionally, the acidic blue spray it releases deals damage over time. It has a magazine size of 2, with 60 reserve.
Pack-a-Punched Variant[]
When Pack-a-Punched it becomes the Scalpel. It only fires 5 pellets, but they each deal 1000 damage. Additionally, the acidic spray now goes further and is much stronger, able to kill multiple zombies with a single blast. The magazine size of the Scalpel is 4, with 120 reserve.
The Scalpel is smaller than the Surgeon and is shinier.
