- As a result of recent crime surges regarding stolen F-Space Energy from the Central Vault, the Mirage Corporation establishes Techno, a group of vigilantes privately funded by the Mirage Corporation and operating under its jurisdiction to help combat this new wave of crime and protect Paradise Island.
- Isabelle Lakewood and Tomiko Hayashi are appointed as the co-leaders of Techno, gaining the callsigns Siren and Vendetta respectively.

- Techno Headquarters is established by the Mirage Corporation. The property would be legally owned by the corporation, though only Techno utilized the premises.

- Amidst the current wave of criminal activities on Paradise Island, a Shadow Company fireteam infiltrates the island country to obtain technology from the Mirage Corporation's Central Vault, working with a contact to smuggle this technology out.
- Shadow Company R&D begin development of various equipment and weapon upgrades using stolen technology from the Central Vault.

- Shadow Company accepted its twentieth contract from Imperial International subsidiary Sienar Industries International and planned a covert operation against Markus Defensive and Offensive Systems in former Germany. The ground team is led by Shadow 4-1 to success. As a result, Markus DOS announced bankruptcy and its acquisition by Imperial International following the operation.

- Nakata Hayashi graduates from high school. She soon learns that her brother is one of Techno's leaders and subsequently becomes one of its members, operating as an undercover operative within criminal organizations. She gains the callsign Demi.
- Marshal Wolfe's abusive caretaker hires a hitman to assassinate Marshal's imprisoned parents. The caretaker uses this to further torment Marshal.
- Marshal snaps and manages to kill his caretaker while he slept. Marshal feigns his own death and escapes.

- Shadow Company seizes control over the complex used by the former United Nations as its headquarters and the PMC declares the complex as its main HQ in Imperial City and North America.

- Valeria Hopé establishes the Crimson Syndicate.

Because Atlas demanded anonymity in the contract terms, the result of this contract begins a war between Shadow Company and the Helios Corporation.

- Gideon is promoted to the rank of Captain, becoming the commanding officer of the Atlas Security Service's Elite Division.
- Samantha Reed graduates high school and enrolls at Midnight City University.
- Jaxun Blackburn III adopts Casey Dawson and Marina Dawson after they were abandoned by their parents.

- Atlas International successfully launches Atlas Station, the world's first space station since the Governments Age.
- Casey and Marina have a fall out with their adoptive father and leave, eventually joining the Ford Crime Family and gaining the callsigns Tex and Vexera respectively. Jaxun leaves them an invitation for the twins to come back to him whenever they wanted.
- The Drifters join a crew assembled by the Ford Crime Family and would meet Tex and Vexera, who, after the job, would join the Drifters.

- Three weapon manufacturers - FORGE TAC, Tempus Armament, and Bruen - all face bankruptcy due to low sales and no active contracts with any of the megacorporations.

- Demi is outed as a spy during an undercover mission at Bunker 99 while infiltrating the Private Army. She loses her right arm during her escape.
