The Loop Within the Timeline of the Arc 3 Universe is a contained Timeline Loop created by The Son. The original events of the main timeline as seen in Futuristic Paradox, they have since been cut off from the timeline and contained within a timeline loop. After the timeline's events within loop are adjusted by Replica Techno, it is turned into a spatial foundation within the Nexus to allow a new history in the main Arc 3 Universe timeline to start where the loop would've.

- During the attack on the Mirage Corporation Headquarters, a power surge knocks out power to the facility, resulting in a catastrophic failure with the F-Space Energy canisters pumping energy into Subject X. As a result, a shockwave echoes throughout the underground facility from an explosion of F-Space Energy, turning the staff and soldiers stationed there into mindless zombies corrupted by F-Space Energy.
- Subject X comes to life as a result of this malfunction, and learns through the energy that, as a result of the Mirage Corporation's continued reproduction of the energy in its raw pure form, the stability of the universe was deteriorating and that it was only a matter of time before the entire universe collapsed from existence. Subject X, after coming to learn he can control the zombies, announces that his newfound life would be dedicated to destroying the Mirage Corporation and bringing stability to the universe, giving himself the name Blackout in the process.
- PROJECT X - A group of four Mirage Corporation soldiers attempt to exfil with other survivors of the disaster, including Demi. However, Blackout and his army of zombies impede their attempts, killing everyone except Demi, who Blackout corrupts by infecting her augmentations with F-Space Energy, turning her into his puppet. Blackout's army soon prepares to strike New Elpis, while Blackout and Demi head to the Paradise Island Reserve Power Station to begin their plan to send the world's F-Space Energy back into the Central Vault, where Blackout would eventually neutralize it.

- Reports of the undead begin to surface amidst of the night; Vendetta sends a team comprised of Envoy, Amber Summers, Phantom and Cyber Kat to verify the authenticity of the reports.
- Shortly after sunrise, Rox joins Vendetta, Stratus and Vega for a meeting to discuss the loss of communications with the Mirage Corporation Headquarters and Envoy's reconnaissance team.
- CITY OF HOPE - New Elpis comes under siege by Blackout's undead army, forcing Techno into action to help as many citizens as they can get to safety at the emergency shelter established at the Hypercenter Mall. Simultaneously, Blackout and Demi create the redirectory chamber within the power station, which Demi, using her augmentations, would manually reroute the F-Space Energy into the vault from there. Blackout manages to hack into the television screens in New Elpis to broadcast to the city of his intentions, urging them to surrender until he finished his mission.
- HYPERCENTER - While holding out at the Hypercenter Mall, the New Elpis survivors come under siege by the undead after Blackout successfully drains the power to the entire city, which knocks out the mall defenses keeping the undead at bay. Techno work to turn on the building's emergency generators while attempting to contact former United States Air Force servicemen who could assist in evacuating the survivors from the city. Nakata manages to briefly break free of Blackout's influence to tell Techno of her current position before succumbing to her augmented infection again. Techno and the survivors successfully hold out long enough for a squadron of former USAF forces to arrive at the mall to extract them. Techno instructs their helicopter pilot to drop them off at the power station.
- THE SURGE - Techno are dropped off at the power station, where they successfully fight their way through Blackout's army to the redirectory chamber, collecting an experimental telepad along the way. At the redirectory chamber, they learn that Blackout has remotely possessed Demi, using her to fight Techno from within the chamber all while she continued redirecting the world's F-Space Energy to the vault. Demi manages to break through the possession however, telling Techno to destroy the chamber to stop Blackout's plan. While hesitant, Vendetta complies and destroys the chamber with a grenade. Demi would die from her wounds shortly after assuring her brother that they won, only for Blackout to reveal afterwards that enough power has been sent to the vault. Blackout teleports to the vault, leaving Techno to mourn the death of Demi in defeat.

- END OF THE WORLD - Using the experimental telepad, Techno use traces of Blackout's energy he left behind while teleporting to teleport themselves to the interior of the vault, which Blackout had converted into a snowy forest. Techno is able to destroy the batteries fueling the central F-Space orb with the F-Space Energy that Blackout drained from the rest of the world, leading to a climatic showdown with Blackout beneath the slowly destabilizing orb. Techno successfully defeat Blackout, only to learn that their actions would result in Blackout being unable to neutralize the unstable F-Space orb. As a result, the F-Space orb violently exploded, destroying the entire Arc 3 universe and leading to various paradoxes across the Roach Chronicles Multiverse.
- After regaining his power, The Son sections off the events that led to Blackout's creation and the destruction of the Arc 3 universe into a contained loop while allowing the natural events that happened as a result of the universe's destruction to still carry out.
- The Son sends a Replica Techno obtained from a replica timeline into the loop, ordering them to prevent their Original selves in the loop from stopping Blackout.
- Replica Techno are successful in their mission, allowing Blackout to purge the F-Space Energy within the loop. The loop ends and everything within it is purged.
- The adjusted loop is manipulated by The Son to become the foundation of a new history that would start as the raid of the Mirage Corporation Headquarters begins.
