Background[]
Early Life[]
Tomiko Hayashi was born on July 17th, 2113 in the city of New Elpis, the capital of Paradise Island. His father was born in Japan, although he moved to the country of Paradise Island to begin a new life, marrying what would one day be Tomiko's mother. In 2115, the two would have a second child, Nakata Hayashi, who would be Tomiko's younger sister. As a child, Tomiko was calm, observant and patient, and was often seen by his friends as a natural born leader for his strong-headedness. In school, Tomiko was one of the best students, always acing his tests and demonstrating what a proper role model was to be. In 2129, Tomiko graduated a full year ahead of his original classmates.
Forming Techno[]
Tomiko was soon discovered by the Mirage Corporation, who saw Tomiko as a perfect candidate for forming a team of vigilantes to help assist the Mirage Corporation in recovering stolen technology that was taken from them by black market dealers. With the help of the corporation, Tomiko founded Techno in 2130 alongside Isabelle Lakewood and gave himself the callsign Vendetta. For the next ten years, Tomiko would gather new allies into Techno in order to help combat the criminals that roamed the streets of the city. One of the members of Techno would one day be his sister Nakata, who also joined the Mirage Corporation in order to help oversee Techno's missions.
