The Twilight Collective was a clandestine paramilitary organization that sought to usurp the world's megacorporations and establish itself in their place as a worldwide military junta with complete authority over the world.
Background[]
Origins[]
The Twilight Collective was established in secrecy by The Dealer in 2086 following the collapse of the Governments Age. As megacorporations began surfacing in place of governments, members of the Twilight Collective started infiltrating them through subterfuge, and aimed to use their newfound positions to acquire assets to build up the collective. Over the years, the Twilight Collective amassed a vast amount of wealth, members and other miscellaneous resources from all around the world, and by the 2140s, was large enough to form an entire paramilitary sector within their ranks.
Rising Tensions[]
In 2143, as tensions between Atlas International and the 501st Corporation grew ever tighter, The Dealer, the true leader of the Twilight Collective, encountered Isabelle "Siren" Lakewood, the former co-leader of Techno who was outed from the team after attempting a violent altercation against Roxanne "Rox" Summers.
Desiring to allow the Twilight Collective to take advantage of the growing rift between Atlas and the 501st while still remaining in the shadows, The Dealer plotted to use Siren as a scapegoat to draw the two megacorporations' attention. To that end, The Dealer bankrolled Siren to create her own private military company called the Forsaken to openly attack Techno, thereby turning Atlas and the 501st's attention to resolving the conflict that transpired in both of their territories.
