The Twisted Dragon is the final boss of the map Unending Frost. It is located deep in a massive cavern underneath the Abandoned shelter. The first phase the players must shoot it in its mouth as it charges powerful fireball attacks. The second phase the dragon will begin to fly around to different areas of the cavern as waves of Strigoi pour in with the occasional Bloodsucker. Each flap of its wings creates a wind effect that will blow both players and other enemies away. Landing upside down and tilting its head towards the arena, it now fires out a steady stream of fire that can be dodged by either jumping over it or ducking. In the third phase the dragon pukes up molten lava, covering much of the arena and does a mix of fireballs and firestreams. When it finally falls, the ground once again starts to crumble. The characters, other than Daniel, cheer and celebrate, but are cut short by an evil laughter.
