Victor Payton, callsign Stratus, is a member of Techno and one of the main playable characters in the Futuristic Paradox saga of the Roach Chronicles. He is a cool-headed and laid-back individual who serves as the team's tech designer, providing the members of Techno with their outfits and gadgets.

A replicated version of Victor makes an appearance in Futuristic Redemption as part of the main cast.
