Victorian Arms was an arms manufacturer in the Arc 3 Universe founded and led by Mrs. T, a powerful criminal leader in the underworld. It provides weapons and equipment to various clients, including the Neon Raiders and Shadow Company. Mrs. T's daughters Glimpse and Iana serve as her enforcers, with her youngest daughter Phantom formerly serving in this capacity prior to becoming a member of Techno.
Victorian Arms will feature in the 2025 video game Futuristic Warfare and will make an appearance in the 2026 film Futuristic Twilight, the third and final part in the mainline trilogy of Jesse Spade's Futuristic Series.
