Victorian Arms was an arms manufacturer in the Arc 3 Universe founded and led by Mrs. T, a powerful criminal leader in the underworld. It provides weapons and equipment to various clients, including the Neon Raiders and Shadow Company. Mrs. T's daughters Glimpse and Iana serve as her enforcers, with her youngest daughter Phantom formerly serving in this capacity prior to becoming a member of Techno.

Victorian Arms will feature in the 2025 video game Futuristic Warfare and will make an appearance in the 2026 film Futuristic Twilight, the third and final part in the mainline trilogy of Jesse Spade's Futuristic Series.

Victorian Arms is approached by Shadow Company to supply arms in a $12 million deal, allowing for monthly arms shipments. The contract is signed and Victorian Arms becomes an arms supplier to the PMC.

Shadow Company renegotiates its original contract for an extra $45 million. Victorian Arms accepts the new terms and signs it, allowing for weekly arms shipments and for Shadow PMCs to request modifications for any Victorian stock weapon they wish to be modified.

Victorian Arms negotiates a new contract with Shadow Company to provide arms shipments at a greatly reduced cost in exchange for signing on as the official security force for the company. Shadow Company accepts and signs the contract. Mrs. T gains Field Commander status and command over Shadow PMCs.

Victorian Arms signs an arms contract with Liang Dortmund Corporation for $476 million, allowing for weekly arms shipments.

Forsaken leader Isabelle Lakewood approached Victorian Arms for an arms contract of $50 million, which was enough for weekly arms shipments of Victorian weapons and equipment to be made to the Forsaken's headquarters. This contract is signed and the company becomes their arms supplier.
